She's also not 16 points like the spec-ops is so it's a lot harder fitting her into a list than just a regular spec-ops. I do agree with you though, some of the named (Dire Foes) spec-ops are amazing. Like her and Anyat and Thrasymedes and especially Husam Yasbir, that dude is nuts.

Mike, is there anything else you can do with 1xp other than making your spec-ops a specialist? If it's got a hacking device it's already a specialist so far as ITS is concerned.

there were a couple cheap options, just nothing i was sure was worth taking.

Yeah, that's what I was looking at when I made it, how can I place them so that optimal orders are available, and then in grp 2 all the cheap kuangshi are basically orders for that evil Yáoxiè. And then still have the ninjas in grp 1 enough orders to take on a group of enemies in CC, or disabling/controlling tags/REMS. I'd like to use this one sometime!

I'd move the Yaoxie into your first group. The Quang Shi can handle themselves and are basically a throw away (rush in and chain rifle 1st turn) so you will probably wind up with no orders for it later in the game. This will also give your specialists in group 1 an extra order to do objective work. Otherwise solid list for sure.
