Knights and Stubbers Empty Knights and Stubbers

I noticed when looking through the new Renegade Knight rules that you can upgrade a Heavy Stubber to a Melta Gun for a pittance, and then a number of the big guns come with a Heavy Stubber as well. Would one be able to upgrade those Heavy Stubbers to Meltas as well?

just the one mounted on the chest can be upgraded. the others are built into another weapon so its not the same.
