Looks like Azrael unlocks both Deathwing and Ravenwing as troops and gets to select his warlord trait from the table. This might be the model I pick up. Thiessen's army would be a bear if the entire thing counts as scoring.

Librarians get every tree except Biomancy. Doesn't sound like there's a special Dark Angles table, but Mindworm is still a thing. Apparently is S4 AP2 D3 hits focused witchfire that also reduces WS/BS/I by the number of wounds caused. Not sure on range.

I don't know why, but everyone says the fliers suck. Haven't found any hard numbers except 160ish points cost.

Ravenwing Knights (super bikes) are 42 points a pop it looks like?

Belial is 190.

Some crazy halberd thing that's S+2 AP2 strikes at initiative? (yikes).

Deathwing Knights hammers are S+1 AP- rending, but once per game they can go S10 AP2 at init. They sound expensive.

The new super bikes seem to have a 3+ cover save (jink+shrouded), would be 2+ if turbo-boosting. Yikes.

160ish points for a storm chicken with TL HB, TL LasC and missiles rather than TL lasC/TL ass can.

Better than the chicken but far from a scythe or vendetta. Compared to "non broken" flyers, I'd say it's decent/avg.

furious charge
+1/-1 reserve rolls
fearless (ugh...)
FNP maybe?

I didn't see much about the dreads, if I can get a dread with Skyfire and Interceptor with 2 TL AC's, I'll take 2 of those every game please.

Gatling jigger is S6 AP4 Heavy 5 (meh-okay, I'd shoot it at a Scythe).

I'm not sure what the flyer solution for this list is, other than reducing the researve rolls so they're less likely to come on the board.

Ravenwing bikes are 80pts for the unit of 3. Seems alright. Still have scout... probably 10-15 points for the plasma cannon so... 90pts for the DV bikes?

I suppose we could use him as "counts as" which would be more fitting for the colour scheme. Lion Helm Bearer is one of my favorite 40k models of all time though.

He has a big ass sword, a combi plasma and a helm with big wings. 1000% sure someone that gets a Dw kit would pass on the watcher there. That said, if you like the model, go buddy go.

Fnp, +1 attack.. Those dont seem to concerning.. But, salvo 4 bolters.. !! Ack. That is scary. Especially if you can get it aon more than one unit. Argh.

salvo tac squad would make for a nifty objective holder unit. just stand there and fire fire fire. dont know if i would even put a heavy in the unit. just "cheap" scoring dedicated anti-infantry.9x4 = 36 bolter shots from one unit. maybe even buy the bolter upgrade for the Sarj if its available.

I'd be tempted to take a 5-man bike unit with 2 plasma guns, should ring in around 150pts.

Tac Squad from DV will ring in at 30points or so cheaper than the current codex.

How do you figure?

Current DA is 210 (90+75+15+15+15).

Current Spess Muhreens are 200 (90+80+15+10+5)

New DA would either have to be supa-cheep (Like 80 for 5, +15 per additional) and have ultra cheap options to get down that much.
