Not surprised about cheaper bikes....given the cost reduction on SM & CSM bikes.

Fearless in CC makes sense for Orks....

3HQ and 9 Troops looks awesome....was wondering how to build a list with a Warboss, Mech and Weirdboy in it. However, I am still hoping Weirdboys are the same as Primaris Psykers and you can just get a few of them without chewing up HQ slots.

Then that raises a game mechanic question. They charge a squad with a lot of Flamers. They over watch and wipe out 25% of the orks. Does the fearless kick in early enough to help them on morale for over watch, or does it kick in after melee attacks are rolled? Cause that would matter quite a bit wouldn't it?

Its simple really they are fearless"in" close combat over watch takes place during the charge so they havent yet reached close combat

Probably.. hopefully it'll explain better when we see the real rule..but id assume fearless from the results of Cc. 

The break from combat mechanic of the game is really becomng redundant. Sure it depends who you're playing but how often do you get to chase down a unit because they broke from combat... not many. And even if you break marines and they get away.. its actually a detriment unless they scamper off the table. 

Those Ork rumours are looking good though!

you don't take moral/pinning tests from overwatch. Although you can GtG and immediately fail the charge.

In both 6th and in 7th in the overwatch rules themselves there is a caveat that any casualties caused by overwatch do not trigger pinning/moral tests.

never seen a codex release be such a non-event before. reading through it, i don't see anything but some nerfs and some missing dudes.

the big picture is selling poor ork players new plastics. They have to have an excuse to release all this new stuff, why not release a book with one or two changes, get a buck or two extra?

I'm in favor of some stuff (the KFF nerf), but over all wow. Lootas-nerfed as they are now competing with everything. BW stays the same, but goes up in cost.

None of the new stuff is compeling to me. The mork/gork o naut bot having assault vehicle.

Are we really 5 dexes from all of them in 3 years?

sisters could be argued; their "6th codex" was really just them taking a 2-part WD codex and making it permanently available, and nerfing faith abilities into one-shots. but another book for them is unlikely unless we see new models being released as well.
