Chaos Rhinos Empty Chaos Rhinos

How many dudes can shoot out of a Chaos Rhino? In the book it looks like 1, but I know Space Marine Rhinos allow 2. Is this something that will get "fixed" in the new book, or is there some rationalization for this?

first line of the chaos errata: "The Chaos Rhino has a large hatch on the top of its hull, which can be used as a fire point by up to two of the passengers"
