shooting out of vehicles

Hey guys, still really rusty on 5th. When a model fires out of a transports fire point does it need to fire at the same unit as the transport? I checked firing out of vehicles in the BBB, but it diddnt specify.

I am not 100% but I believe that they are counted as seperate units and can shoot at different targets....

As an aside....I did not read that you can shoot out of a Valkyrie.....did I miss something?

Yes, the transport is a separate unit in all respects. Speaking of shooting transports, what do people think of the havoc missile launcher for the Chaos rhino? I kind of like it for 15 points. It makes the rhino a threat against infantry and makes the rhino marginally tougher to kill.

strengh 5 ap 5 twin linked blast 15 points, i love it not to mention it looks awsome

Yeah I always liked the havock launcher, but 15 points can add up really fast on multiple models.

The vakyrie has no fire points.
