have they advanced the 40k storyline at all, i mean in 2nd edition was abbadon on his 9 th black crusade, has armeggedan fallen, when is abbadon going to do a 14 black crusade????? it seems the storyline does not advance or does it just advance very slowly? scratch Question

They have hinted at the failing of the throne, and medusa was new story, but no, as that would take us into the 42nd millenium, and GW seems very hesitant to do that.

On another note, they have hinted (or one of the authors has hinted) that in the future, the Black Library will be focusing on placing stories in the future. That means they aren't going to do anymore Battle for Armageddon books, stuff like that. They want to move onto new content and advance the timeline.

Now, which author this was, I really remember but it was from one of the podcasts. I think it was on Worlds End Radio, but it easily could of been 40k radio to, I just can't remember.
