This is basically a variation of my 1700 point Marine list that I've had good success with. The Predator and Whirlwind help against horde lists, and while Null Zone is pretty marginal against most armies, it is almost an auto-win vs. Daemons.

I wish i knew more about the marine codex, but i have been away for quite a while. The first thing i noticed is the digital weapons. If this increases his attacks by 1 then i think its great, but i know that i did not like the versions found in the daemon hunters and witch hunters books. Otherwise it looks pretty balanced to me. What is your plan for monoliths and other big nasties like landraiders? Stand and shoot with your landraider?

Digital weapons allow the character to reroll one failed to wound roll. It's a bargain for 10 points on a guy with a power weapon. Monoliths means my opponent is a Necron and I automatically win, so no big concern there. Land Raiders I can shoot with my Land Raider, or chase around with the Terminators or Ironclad. It's not a huge deal to me, I am a firm proponent of, "if I can't kill it, I'll just ignore it and kill everything else".
