Combat Patrol/Maelstrom Empty Combat Patrol/Maelstrom

I've been playing a fair bit of Xwing lately and the idea of being able to bang out a game in an hour appeals to me. Looking for feedback.

4x4 table
4 objectices.
Remove cards 15, 16, 25, 26, 35, 36 and the six stupid cards (kill a flyer, blow up a building, the 2 12" of your board ever one's and pick 2).

Combat Patrol Rules-
400 pts- ok
1+ T, 0-1 HQ- how bout we just say a single formation or Allied Detachment.
2 wounds max- let's tweak this to 3. (Per unit?)
No 2+ saves- ok and let's add no 3++ or better.
Max 33 AV- ok.
Let's add no D weapons.

Anything I might have missed?

so 25, 35 = objective #5.
26, 36 = objective #6.
i would stay away from 11-16 beau; those are the 6 cards that are unique to each codex's deck, and thus they're always different from one deck to another. Unless everyone's playing the generic BRB deck, you can't be certain the card reads the same.

since nobody plays mysterious objectives, i'd say 41, recon, is a pointless card.
54, hungry for glory, would be up for debate since some armies don't have many (if any) characters that can issue challenges.
56, harness the warp, would also be situational, since it's for manifesting psyker powers. a pointless card for multiple armies.
62, witch hunter, also situational if you're facing an army that doesnt have psykers.
63, scour the skies, is only good against enemies fielding flyers
65, demolitions, is the building/gun emplacement one. another pointless card since most here never field fortifications.

remove all of those and you're sitting at 26/36 cards.

to make it an even 24 cards, i'd drop 42, behind enemy lines, which is about the 12" from enemy table edge. and 43, Hold the line, for keeping units within 12" of your table edge with no enemy units there.

Those were the 6 I was thinking of, didn't have my notes with me.
15 and 16 go as well. If you're playing a Faction deck (like I will be with DA)you roll with it. Or you're required to play standard deck.

Is there anyone that's unfairly nerfed by the rules for lists?

Inquisition; no troop slot.
Legion of the Damned; elites only
Officio Assassinorum; elites only
Tyrannic War Veterans; no troops

Deathwatch; if you include the dataslate in Warzone: Damnos (2+ squads of vanguard and/or sternguard, + a watch captain)

I'm thinking all those would ally in with their own detachments (Single Inq, etc)

Thinking more along the lines of Harlies and Skitarii or something severely nerfed like Nids were before in Combat Patrol (basically could only take Gaunts)
