Theyve had the plastic Ogryn sightings out for a bit.. but GW has really locked things down since the Knight squeaked out.

Ive been hankering for something new and the guard willjelp that out. I think i need to upgrade half my army at keast though and add new stuff.. so im waiting for this one.

I am hoping Leman Russ tanks with ordinance cannons will be able to fire the sponson weapons the same round they fire the big gun.

Other then that, I kinda hope Ogryns are playable. I like the model but 40 points is expensive. They ain't terminator level good.

That is a seriously ugly truck. Like a centurion screwed a storm talon ugly.

i see possibilities; buy that, ditch the weird tracked wheels, and buy some of the big beefy tires from Zinge Industries to replace them.  badass 10t transport for your storm troopers.  the book in the pic also happens to be the already-written suppliment for storm troopers, which is where you see some of those box sets have 'tempestus militarum' as well as 'astra militarum' in their names.

I agree it'd look better with wheels.. but .. ay yi yi. I don't know.. It really looks like an animals head which is bizarre for a vehicle. Is that why they called it a taurox or designed it like that.

Im looking it wondering now if it would look better with one long track along the bottom regular tank style. Hmm.. I guess the rules will decide it. Stormtrooper supplement though, nice work!

Just got a better look at the truck, and as stock model the way it's painted, but it could be a fun base for a project. Take the front tread blocks and double the up beside the rear ones, and then put some ski slats up where they used to be. Base army with snow and ice: instant arctic patrol/fenrisian guard.

I just want some Voxcasters that make sense. The reroll is nice, but isn't the point of a radio to make yourself heard further than you can already shout? If they changed it so that an officer with a vox in his unit could issue orders to any other unit with a vox, then I'd be happy. Couple that with putting voxes in heavy weapon squads, and all of a sudden you can do cool things like call in fire missions.

You know a model has failed though when people start suggesting how good it will look with different parts.

I dont mind the new Nork.. although i thimk the old one has dated fine.

Those armoured Ogryns look pretty awful. Id just slap some armour on fantasy Ogres .. ack.

Apparently the Taurox is AV 11 10 10, and has the choice between a s7 ap4 blast cannon, a s4 heavy10 gatling cannon, or a heavy2 rokkit lawnchair.

looks to me like we are going to get a stormtroopers codex before the imp guard actually drops. which is an odd way of doing things, but if the models are ready...

I'm really liking the looks of the new IG powerfist.

I'm loving those new troopers, almost look like the armor from ff: spirits within a bit! Weird choice for gw, but I ain't mad, karthan elite to fight with my hawks.

I kinda like the Taurox when it's not blue













That chain-pistol is kinda neat.

It doesn't look so terrible in profile either. It looked gawd awful from the side.

Those Tempestus dudes are going to make for some rad inquisitor scratch builds.
