3. 5xCSM| Asp Champ with 2xPlasma Pistols (you can do this! He can swap his bolter with a plasma pistol, than swap his CCW) | Plasma gun in a Rhino with Extra Armour and a Havoc Launcher

Fast Attack---

1. Heldrake with... A HADES AUTOCANNON!

Heavy---

1. 3xOblits with Mark of Tzeentch
2. Forgefiend with 2xHades and the Ectoplasm

Totally needs the nerf bat. Those mutilators will ignore half the things shot at them. HALF! And if you don't kill the hellbrute it might get 4 shots with its autocannon or just blindly charge! Fear it!
You should go the extra mile and make that lord a psyker with the scrolls of overcost- err, of Magnus.

Ooooo.... Maybe I'll pickup a Warpsmith on Boxing Day and give that guy the scrolls of Magnus!

I want to use the warp smith. It's not shabby with 2+ armor, flamer, meltagun, power axe and 5 attacks. Plus shatter defenses isn't bad.

Machine Curse might be hilarious against quite a few vehicles. It's worded like a shooting attack so he can do it out of a Rhino.

"Ha! My leman Russ punisher fires 29 shots a turn!"
"Ok, all his guns have 'gets hot'"
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Machine cures is just the thing for Wave serpents.

We need a FAQ so we can have one warpsmith or prophet per other HQ like the space marines got. would make them useful.

They did, its called black legion (and it's a terrible way to do it but not much for other options)

I would imagine the lord is just a cool painted model he wants to field. can't imagine why else he'd be there unless its to give the cultists fearless.
