I know can't even listen to his 0-12 podcast or 40k radio cuz of all the whining that goes on at that company. 
Now this? Those guys need to have some humility once in a while, they act like their shit don't stank, but it do.

We placed it Nov 30, before noon. This means it takes them upwards of 20 weeks just to do Black Friday orders. And now everything placed since then hasn't gotten done either.

All I can say Beau is that they are lucky they are dealing with your and not me

I've heard some bad things about Battlefoam. Yeah they have nice cases, but their ruler is an asshole that can't get shit done, and thinks everyone needs to bend over for him.
I'd rage on them, seriously. Potentially demand my money back. If you are still waiting, that's ridiculous.

And actually, yeah, you've hit upon the main reason I haven't said anything of called yet.

When a single weekend sale takes 6 months before you are totally caught up..... You are doing something(s) wrong.

Last time I ordered on Black Friday, it was shipped before Xmas. I suspect a lot of this has to do with custom foam and their CADD/CAM system for doing the laser cutting. I think Stelmach put it correctly "They are a bunch of hobbyist trying to run (CADD/CAM) business" not some CADD/CAM guys trying to sell to hobbyists.

Indeed, thanks for putting the order together Beau. I haven't had to much of a chance to play around but so far the case was super nice. Now I get to figure out how many of my models I can stuff in it, lol!   

Does anyone know the specific type of foam battle trays are made of? The bottoms would obviously be different than the main foam. I rigged up a foam cutter and want to try making my own "custom" hack and slash trays!
