Ya, I'm fine with "RAI" here. Lightning Claws for everyone. Although, if you swap in TH/SS, I completely agree with the FAQ. *kidding* (about the TH/SS part)

i guess for me it depends on the points. if the sergeant was discounted because he only came with a sword and storm bolter i could see an argument that he shouldnt be able to exchange his items for something better at the same cost.

but it looks to me like hes the same stock 44 points as the rest of the squad, has the same exact stats, and for some reason comes with a crappier weapon for no good reason. so i say go for it and make him a 49 point one wound model with no gun. fill your boots Smile
