At first i wasn't going to buy it. but i think I'm going to pick it up and play through the missions. gives me mini-games i can play with my Spawn... er child.

Picked up a copy this morning, super impressed with the models. lots of detail, no defects.

mini-rulebook is nice, but super flimsy. i might have to get it cut and coiled or hole punched so it doesnt fall apart right away.

I'm very impressed with the models as well. They are many times improved over the quality of model they shipped with the Assault on Black Reach box.

Agree i was at the Den the other night and took a peek at the contents of an opened box, i was very impressed with the models. Lets hope all future kits continue the trend! And please, please, gw give us a way to get hellbrutes other than DV because your metal chaos dreads suck....

I honestly think its a conspiracy to cut down on conversions. the models are so detailed and specific that you cant use them for anything other than what they are. BR marines, termies, and dreadnaught could be used by any power armour codex with minimal conversion work.

I dare you to try to use the hellbrute or the bikes as anything but what they are or for the army they are made to represent.

The hellbrute could prob be converted with minimal work to a daemon prince.. Especially if your playing iron warriors type of army.

But... Yeah.. The options are limited for a big bulky mainly one piece model like that... No de chaos-fying that.. Thats for suee.
