Honestly, you're right. The T-Wolves will have tons of extra bits for other units, but I think Nids are fast becoming the new Orks (every army has their own customizing). Tyrant wings and a Fex and maybe some Trygon bits for a harpy (size seems off though)

I believe this gives the Wolves models for every unit. (All marines for that matter, except Belial for Deathwing)

What's missing for Nids now? The spore, harpy, wings to turn the warriors into shrikes (or at least make a bits pack).....

The one guy who said this was coming a while back, said there would be a push across the board to get units w/o models DONE. I think Guard is next (w/ plastic Stormtroopers)

The Doom of Brain suckers still has no model.
