Imotek -- Free!?

The Imotek I got had fugged up fingers, I complained, and GW sent me a new Imotek (for free).

Does anyone want a free Imotek, missing his middle and ring finger on his gauntlet of flame hand? I might have a spare base I could throw in.

I've got games this weekend now, so maybe next weekend? I might be able to do one of these fabled Wednesday Nights as soon as Brownies, Cubs, and Beavers wraps up for the season.

I need to get more painted too! I'll be good to go for 1000-1850 though. I just might not yet have my Annihilation Barge painted.

I had Belail and a DW Command Squad lay into a OL and attached Immortals (6 of them?) and a Cryptek. Laid out all of them but 1 immortal... who promptly made his Ld Check, I then watched the whole damn squad, Cryptek and Lord included, stand back up.

I look sorta like my avatar :-) I'll be holding the white plastic back with Imotek in it. It's a dead give away, LOL.

How common is it that something like this happens to a GW figure? The Cryptek I picked up today is similarily borked (one of the arms wasn't even attached to the sprue and is missing the ball part of the ball-and-socket joint, the feet aren't on the same plane so it can't stand flat on both feet, staff is warped). Is this a freqent issue with Citadel Finecast, or have we just been unlucky with the stock at the Den?

Common issue. I got my Imotek from the GW store in Calgary.

Just give their customer service a call, they'll send you a free one in the mail. They may want to see pictures. I sent them an email and they told me to call in (and sent me a phone number)

I don't suppose you have that number readily available, do you? I don't see any instance of a phone number on the packaging, and I'm not certain if the number on their website will be for Britain or not.

Edit: Nevermind, I just checked their website, and it's a 1-800 number, so I should be fine.
