my saturday project, started this morning;

well to be honest dude the painting is awesome ans very well laid out, but the figure was not really worth the money or the parts that were paid, and that is also going out to the person to whom you traded with. you could have made the same model out of a basic term

thanks. yea, culln's one of the few intelligent no-nonsense chapter masters that GW has written background for. the armor you see him modeled in was actually the armor he wore as the captain of the 1st company veterans, but when he became chapter master during the badab war, he turned down the offer of the chapter's armorsmith artificers to make it look more befitting a chapter master because he had a war to lead and said his armor is fine how it is and wont protect him any better if it's embellished further. in the books they show what he permitted them to do, which was just a one-shoulder cape draped off his right shoulderpad. other than that, he just uses the basic armor.

Does he exist outside the Badab War? or is that his only thing?

He was originally in IA4, you can find rules for him (as a Captain) on the FW website. Honestly 190pts for a Termie Capt w/ Eternal Warrior, a Relic Blade and assorted other goodies? I'll take it.
