I don't understand the tyrant guard wording. it doesn't count as an IC for shooting (the example being of aiming at a mc ic being shot at seperately) so it cant be shot? or can?

Re: Tyranid FAQ released today
I think it means it can't be singled out by shooting or CC attacks with its retinue. It sounds like once the Tyrant joins the unit, it no longer counts as an MC for the purposes of targeting. Rather, it seems to count as an upgrade model.
From my read, it is saying 'The Tyrant has a retinue' without saying 'The tyrant has a retinue'.
Is it just me, or does it look they posted a scan of a scan of a scan copy. I can barely read some of the entries, they are so faded.

they used a bad pdf converter. I used to sell =I=censor=I= that could fix that for like 50 bucks.

Um, large blast size? It is called a "large Blast marker". Just means it can be placed over other units.

The faq replaces "large blast template" with marker.

Re: Tyranid FAQ released today
obviously they mean enough dry erase markers to constitute a large blast. I don't see the issue here.
