I like the new kans, I love them if they come in a plastic kit. As for the ork itself, I'd had to guessed at it being a nob for shoota boy mobs, seems a little under dressed for flashgits (the only ork model to come with a base save better than 6+) oh well.

Im happy to see them all in a plastic kit. I'm not good with the whole converting thing, so i like out of the box goodness. The dreadis pretty good, almost a bit too much however. I like the actual hand for the venerable dread instead of that claw thing. targetting squig is awesome, rest of ork, meh.

I like that Ork, though not a fan of that stupid striation thing (I think that's what they call it) for the muscle on the fig. HATE that =I=censor=I=!

I like the Ork Dread, and think it'd look badass with a pilot coming out the top. Like the one from the latest FW super tank thingy.

Love the new ork stuff, and the dreadnought. The powerfist looks good.

A new chimera model is also very good, the old one was a total PITA to assemble, I sure hope they fixed that.

Here's to hoping that GW didn't totally screw up the battlemissions like they did kill points.

Hmm.. perhaps my eye to detail isn't what it used to be, but the basie and Chim both look just like the ones I bought from the den (And they were easy to assemble too). They're the only ones I have enough experience with to tell any difference on, and they appear the same as mine (except they're well painted). Am I missing something?

I thought the same thing jim. looking at the sprues in this new box, i also notice that they have not changed at all. the original rumour was that it was going to include the bits to make the other arti pieces, but i guess not.

probably just a rerelease of the old kit.

Yeah, I have no idea why they decided not to do that.. especially after those great Leman kits came out, there are alot of disspaointed people who were hoping to crank out some medusa's and manticores.

The only thing I heard about the two new kits were that they included a new type of track assembly for both of the models. The pictures look exactly the same as the old one, so I can only assume they changed the way you put them together.. ?
