He sure does. It's in the torros campaign book. I did PM Ben and he said I can take r'ymer but I am waiting on the answer as to if I can take the xv89 upgrade for a regular commander

Oh yeah, I should also mention that I'm allowing some of the entries from IA: Apocalypse 1+2 to be used. However, I expect some common sense to be used Razz

Still no superheavies, flyers or gargantuans, but you can use the more "normal" things from it. Any questions, just PM me or something.

Negative, just some of the "normal" units that happen to be in IA apoc. For example, the siege dreadnought or the ork gunwagon. Things like that.
