~Sunday may 3rd Apocalypse game~

So the game will be 6000 pts per team (12000 alltogether)

Teams are:

GOOD
Stash
Ben
Chris A

BAD
Pascal
Robert H
Matt K


A note for unit clarity: so that we dont have a silly tank only battle, I think a ratio of 3=1 for troops to vehicles should be included, and same for superheavies and titans vs regular vehicles (if possible).
Ryan K will graciously be donating templates and books. I shall be talking with the guys at the den about setting up a table for saturday night so the game can start right away sunday. If anyone wants to bring pop and such, that would be cool, these things can take it right outta ya!

For teams, the points will have to be discussed (as to how they will be broken down between team mates. also tactics should be discussed via PM as well).

I'm thinking there may be a cap on things like superheavies and a certain requirement for troops (we dont want a plethora of tanks and only one or two troops to shoot at

The core rules are the same, but the deployment, army choice and game length are different.

Well for 2000 pts each i can bring the titan, two platoons of infantry and maybe 5 tanks. I can bring a ton of close combat if needed.

Yeah the deployment rules are different. We can deploy whatever we want and hold the rest in reserve, but we have a time limit to deploy. Think about what you want on the table for sure and think how long it would take you to deploy it on the table. This is about the only preparation you would need for the game.

i got a few ideas also how will we divied the points i will only play 1500 points so you guys can have more

There are no restrictions on what you can take. You can have an army of phonix lords if you want. You still have to abide by the rules for equiping a unit though (you can't have a unit of nothing but exarchs) and special characters are still unique.

We already talked a bit about tactics....bring as much marine killing stuff as you can, but other wise take what you want.
