Opinions on Super Heavies
Okay, with all the talking about the new campaign thing for the league and the point numbers, I was thinking about what kind of super heavy would really work with Sisters.
I'm thinking either the Hellhammer with that cannon that ignores cover saves, it's short range but it fits with the sisters theme.
Or either a Warhound with a Vulcan Megabolter and Inferno Gun, can't go wrong with bolter and flamer goodness.
Since I haven't seen any of the Imperial Armor books, I was wondering what you guys think of the other Super heavy variants out there for your army's theme, pros and cons and such.

I'm Tau, so the only super heavies we believe in are the size of the table. =P Although there are some pretty cool looking Crisis Suit variants and if I was to get a Tau super heavy it would be the Tiger Shark AX-1-0, mmm two Heavy Railguns on a flyer.

Seriously though what about the Land Raider Redeemer or the Stormblade with uber-plasma cannon? Those both seem Sistery... if not sissy. ;-) Warhound would work well as well if you want to join that Titan group. Can't find this Hellhammer you speak of though, where abouts is it?

Ah right, I forgot to include the wiki page that had some of the Baneblade variants on it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baneblade#Baneblade
The Hellhammer is in the Apocalypse datasheets, the Hellhammer cannon is effectively a 7'' demolisher cannon with one better AP and a 36'' range that ignores all cover saves. Combined with the twinlinked heavy flamers on the outside turrets it fits the sister's style, short ranged massive firepower that doesn't recognize cover. Of course, getting in range would be an issue.
Though I like the Stormlord too. Vulcan Megabolter and up to 4 heavy flamers is pretty tempting, plus a transport capacity of 40 models. Though I don't know if it's actually got a data sheet or even if it exists in regular 40k games but still, pretty cool.
The Redeemer though, that's one I hadn't really thought of, hmmm, yes, that is very Sister-y isn't it?
I'll ignore that sissy comment though, if only to go easy on my Promethium reserves. >p

Just my opinion....but going Vulcan Mega Bolter and Infero Cannon (the flamer) you would be extremely anti-infantry heavy. I would be tempted to go either Vulcan or Inferno plus either the Plasma Blast Gun or one of the destructor lasers

With sisters a warhound with an inferno cannon would probably be apropriate. Fluff wise, superheavies are part of the Imperial guard and would be loaned out generally with a platoon or something in support, where Titans are part of the adeptus Mechanicus and loaned out to any faction.
