Your not allowed to mix sci-fi genres Robert. Now, if you want a 300 inspired spartan army, thats cool. Or maybe an army based off the hobbits.. awesome idea! But no, you cant take 40k stuff and turn it into Battlestar troops, or Star Wars.. not allowed! And before you even ask, no.. Road Warrior is not Sci-fi.. not really, more of a fantasy/action. So.. I win.

The Valkeryie surprises me a bit i must admit. The reason that i say this is i thought that GW would re-start the Apoc stuff with a Thunderhawk. As we know everyone plays SMurfs, well at least most of us have an army kicking around. I guess though they can take the baneblade and go. We sold X with a hybrid vehicle so therefore we'd sell X + Y with an actually codex included vehicle.

Valkyrie will be a regular codex unit though.. the rumour is that it will have different rules in Apoc and the codex.. like alot of the units do. In Apoc, it will probably be able to fly..

Yea i know it will be a regular codex vehicle which is why it will sell better than a baneblade. Having said that if they would have put in a Codex legal Thunderhawk it also would have sold just as well. It's a nice model and i'll probably be adding 1 or 2 to my IG army.

The Baneblade sold unbelievably well, more than all their expectations. They kept on running out of them. That's the primary reason the Stompa has come out..

I dont think the Stompa will sell as well, just becasue with the Baneblades.. you could buy them for any imperial or chaos army.. the Stompa's a bit mor especialized.. however, they are pairing it with new Orks releases and riding the Ork army influx, so it should still do pretty good.

The Valkyrie is going to sell even better then the Baneblade! Not only will it team up with the Guard dex, but a flying transport for the Imperials! Thats a new one as well. Most of the people that want to buy it want to buy a pair at the minimum to.. Hopefully this will continue to push GW back on track, need them to start pumping out material for some of their old games.
