The anti-air thing looks fine, but holy fuck-a-duck those other models..... I really hope it's just bad pictures or angles.

The new Rhino variant looks awesome. The Centurions... look like interesting bits opportunities...

They truly look horrible. I like the stalker/hunter or whatever it is.. but not really different from anything weve seen.
Geez.. how did those models go to mold. Maybe theyll be so goofy lookmg itll be cool? Hmm.. didnt work for the mutilators. Those really do look like a zoomed in epic model though. Ive got a squat in termimator.armour that looks really really similar. Ill see if I can find the picture.

I saw those on BoLS this morning and died a little inside. The worse part is the ones in Imperial Fists colours look even worse somehow  

Why am I suddenly afriad that they are going to implement Russian Doll rules to force people to buy them. IE: Kill a Dread, and you replace it with one of these. When one of those goes down, you replace it with a Sargent.

I'm still sad they got rid of "when you kill a pink horror, replace it with two blue horrors" was good times in fantasy.

the yellow and blue paint jobs on those pics doesn't help. i'm sure if you tone it down a bit, they arn't going to be any more offensive than regular marines are.

i can just see the bloated price point on them making them un-usable though.

so we have a terminator equivalent  - so 30 points. with a Twin-linked heavy weapon - 20 points, and a chain-fist... +5 points.  add in some rediculous rule or another-- ++ points.

so best case scenario 55 points.. more likely 75 points for a 2 wound t4 heavy support choice with a fixed weapon loadout and paying points for CC capability

They are nothing more than oblits/mutilators for SM.

It seems the internet is already hard at work "fixing" them.

Looked fish-bowled to me. There's something actually wrong with the pictures.

The imp fist ones look horribad. Will need to see the kit. Aidan's excited about 'em though. Maybe that shows you the target demographic?

Apparently there's a plastic vanguard kit.

Plastic tacticals, sternguard, and vanguard kits, apperently with tons of options. The stern, for example, may come with up to 8 combi weapons!

I hope the rest of the kits are better looking than the centuriblobs.

Part of the issue on the big dudes is the David Bowie sized codpiece. They would look a tiny bit better without that I think.

Obviously, now that is has been said, we need one of these with the drill heads swapped out for crystal balls, and a glam rock head of hair on the pilot.

Plastic sternguard are going to be awesome. Sounds like they are going to be all decked out and have long robes.

Those big guys are damn ugly.

That Command Squad box doesn't sound like too bad of a deal, given that a Razorback on it's own is $55, so only $45 more for 6 more dudes. Captain and Librarian still both look to be a touch on the pricey side, though I suppose they fall into the category of "things to buy once".

from the looks of it, the capt and libby are just single pose finecast blister packs, so $30 sounds about typical looking at the recent stuff.

The "fixed" version is EXACTLY what I thought when I saw them... So orky... maybe this mold is what someone thought was going to be plastic mega nobz lol
