Kairos Fateweaver
Couple things I would've done different, that I might go back to. The threads could use another light-brown highlight, to clean them up, and the cloth on the heads could use more contrast.
The book turned out great though, freehand. The blend on the wings is quite good too, bit the lighting for this picture sux.
The one thing about building an allied contingent... it sure makes it tempting to just get the whole army! (All I need to grab is XYZ and I've got 1750 points) In my case, it's some flamers, screamers, horrors, and a soul grinder.

Looks awesome Mark! I cannot stand attempting to do freehand text. Any time I have tried on my Black Templars it looks rubbish.

I've got a couple brushes that help. I find that you really need to plan it out, then have a steady hand to hold the model. Eat a banana before hand to get that potassium level up so you're less shaky :-)
