converted ravenwing sergeants

here's my new 3 sergeants. just slapped some stuff together from spare bitz from the command squad box and the existing bikers i had. these should stand out enough to know theyre sergeants.

this is actually my librarian, but he's the test mini i used for the freehand Raptors symbol on the shoulder pad. wasnt too bad for looking at a pic online. should look better as i do each model's shoulderpad.
