You can shoot a doom ray into / through a close combat.

Yeah.. Sorry, allocating wounds and removal is the same as any other gun. I mentioned the sniping just because of what tom said.. He put it on my nurgle lord who was in combat with 6 warrors.and shot it out the one gap so it wouldnt hit his guys.

i imagine it will be early april.

daemons codex next month and they will need to push out a faq to deal with the miss-prints or oversights involved in that release. so they'll push out the rest of the "in queue" FAQs at the same time.

Sounds stupid, but FAQ day gives me the same feeling as "patch day" for your favorite video game, haha. companies use it as a Hype machine instead of just fixing things as they come up.
