Multiple Maledictions Empty Multiple Maledictions

Not sure I spelled "Malediction" right...

Anyway, if I've got two Psykers with Enfeeble, can I cast Enfeeble on the same unit, potentially reducing it's Strength and Toughness by 2 each?

The rules are clear that malediction's stack, but it's not clear if you can stack the same one.

believe as long as its from different psykers that they stack.

That is one of the reasons you saw the 'Nid psyker army with a ton of Zoanthropes. Paladins all of sudden aren't so scary when they are S/T 1 Razz go go ID Termigaunts!
