Re: 1750 Chaos Walker List with Double-Dragon
Would be a fun list to play. An almost complete lack of shooting will hurt but I bet your games would be over quick, one way or the other. I wonder if Slaanesh might be a better compliment for the walkers instead of Tzeentch? Either way, you should do it!
P.S. Your list is set up to slaughter infantry in droves, but will struggle to kill vehicles. I'd consider dropping the tendrils off the maulerfiends.

I second Tims motion. the mauler is going to slaughter infantry weather it has tendrils or not, its going to struggle vs vehicles though, and those will be easy one-turn kills with magma cutters, so why not shoot for the moon?

Re: 1750 Chaos Walker List with Double-Dragon
It's S10 AP2 with 4 attacks on the charge. Should make mincemeat of vehicles, especially if you pop daemonforge. With the lashers, if you get assaulted by some hammer dudes, you're dropping them down to 1 attack each. For 10 extra points, I think the lashers are the way to go. Also, the Tzeenchy dudes have a 50% chance to get doombolt, which is S8 AP1. You've then got a couple of helbrute's with Multi-Melta's and potentially 3 termies with 2 combi-meltas (100pts)
Either that or you can swap out the Tzeenchy dude for a Slaneesh dude 65 + 15 (mark) + 15 (power weapon) + 5 (meltabombs)
Then take a shooty noise marine unit of 10 dudes for 250, and then some MSU Noise Marines in Rhino's with Doom Sirens.

Re: 1750 Chaos Walker List with Double-Dragon
Mark, think it through and do the math. 4 str 10 attacks is no guarantee of a vehicle kill. 2-3 hits on average, but pretty easy to whiff as well. Adding in a melta hit turns it into a much more reliable killer. What you don't want to do is strip 2 hull points off a vehicle and then have to charge it again. And you don't want your Maulerfiends fighting infantry that can hurt them. Versus infantry they are mostly tarpits. Their speed should allow them to pick their fights, at least initially. If they get held up, that's when they'll become vulnerable.
