Someone collects orders of what everyone wants and its up to them to place the order and front the cash unless they would prefer to get paid before the order. It's not too bad as long as everyone includes all details of their order such as product number and name. There is a bit of trust but I don't think there has ever been a problem with an order.

I did an error in my math eariler, counting in items that weren't confirmed yet. Also, it seems that the winged hive tyrant went out of stock before I placed the order. Does anyone else have anything to slip in? We're about 24 pounds shy currently.

you can bump my sensor tower to two boxes. makes up 12.5. i had wanted two anyways =) (for a total of 25 pounds for sensor towers).
