6th and chaos rumours

According to BOK.. the big news today is 6th in the summer.. with chaos in the fall and no other codexes this year.

Hes been wrong before of course..

New chaos rumotrs up on BOLS. Some neay.. some scary.. some horrible sounding..

Ok between the "rather than a simple update, we redesigned the whole system" and the cluster that is the chaos rumor set, I just wanna get drunk.

The cultist/Cult troops as elite/traitor guard sounds great.... the rest makes me want to kill myself.

I hope they rebuild the game from the ground up. I'd love to see a 40K ruleset that I liked.

What are some of the new rules for chaos that are being rumored??? Hope they make 6th more "playable". For example measuring distance. My G.P.S tractors can measure distance. But that technology got lost in the 41st for tanks and troops. Or some kinda laying down fire rule. I've always had a problem with first to fire. If you get shot at you don't let there entire army empty there clips before you shot back. Instead I've had some play test games were i've had both teams have a shooting phase and then remove casualties, and them move on to first "shooters" assault phase. It works, in my oppinion and it doesn't take any longer. But you do need casualty markers or you will get lost. Well that my thoughts and dreams.

6th edition rumours are coming hot and heavy now. BOLS has some interesting ones up today.

Assault after consolodation is back.. along with assaults off of deep strike... ouch.. !

But.. counters with snapfire and the return of overwatch.

Itll be nice to a new ruleset.

Yummy chained assaults, and the return of the decent of angels lists.

10 Flayed Ones getting an assault on a unit is kinda good now. (mmmm 40 attacks)

Wait, Flayed Ones are going to become viable?

1) I have no idea what they are getting so worked up about. It's the same effing allies matrix they've always used for that event.

2) What I *DID* find interesting is on page 3, mission 4. Mission is "cleanse", w/ Spearhead deployment. It's table quarters. Are they just using the old 4th scenario, or is this gonna be one of the new missions in 6th?
