Lol, I'm pretty sure almost every ork player has enough to make 2 phantom lists. I can provide a couple vehicles, a squad of boyz or a shokk attakk gun if need be. If someone fielded a bunch of gretchin, then we could put up a meat-shield force. Or a non-ork force would be good as a mercenary team or something we picked up or something.
By the way, termagant and viserion - i filled your screen names and myself on the sign up list at the den, you two just need to update with the other information and pay up.

update for everyone on the missions and how the scoring will go. the missions are:
1)Confusion
2)The Big Push
3)Missile Command
4)Enemy @ the Gates
5)Desert Convoy
6)Staltingratt
7)The Thick Stuff
8)Tomb World
Some of these may be dropped if we don't have enough teams.
The Primary Victory Condition in all scenarios is Objectives.
If tied, Secondary Victory Condition is Kill Point % (so
killing 2/3 of your opponent's army is better than 9/15).
If tied there as well, Tertiary Victory Condition is table quarters (as per NOVA open
rules).
Should THAT tie, then total Victory Points.
Scoring :
17 Winner-3 Loser if won by Objectives
15 Winner-5 Loser if won by Kill Points
13 Winner-7 Loser if won by table quarters
11 Winner-9 Loser if by Victory Points
10 each if tied.
Bonus points are as per mission sheets EXCEPT secondary objectives are +3.
That is all. carry on.

i believe that's beau's goal, robyn; but how many we use will depend on how many teams sign up. and beau might need a backup tourney helper; i'm expecting the first born around the 10th, so i don't know if i will make it in to be a judge/organizer or not.

Despite playing in alot of the pa tournies.. There were always a few scenarios that eluded me.
Looking forward to it.. although if every mission is going to objectives first.. kp second.. ill have to midufy a list a bit.

Girls are awesome to raise. Well...........until high school.
Boys are awesome because when they're around 9 or so, they will show up to a 40k multiplayer and shout 'sucka' at your buddies.

Bump. Updated as to current teams etc.
Note about missions. it wasn't until I got to Niagara (vacation) that I realized all the PAWG missions were obj-based (via my special rule-Gift of the Obvious). Rather than make a bunch of changes to the missions to shoe-horn in some KP first missions, I figured this is more a fun-sies tourney anyway, and each team will have 4-6 troops so go with it.
In other news, Kyle Linzmeyer signed up with a full team, so we are currently @ 6 teams (best showing so far!).
A few reminders:
1) still need lists sent in (I have all of Masive Numbers lists). These are strictly so I can check em for math, FOC etc. You are responsable for bringing 2 copies of your list to the tourney (one for you and one for your opponent), as well as your codex, templates and what have you.
2) If you want to go in for Pizza, $5 cash day of tourney
3) I'll be at the Den friday evening if anyone wants a game/help set up terrain for the tourney.
4) If there are going to be any other Warhammer Widows on Sat, I can pass info along to my wife, they may want to get together and talk about how we make our guys blue pants green.
5) Keep an eye on MiniWarGaming for a Dark Angels/Tyranid Beat Matt Batrep where you can see how NOT to deploy, and why you should be aware of the abilities of your weapons. On the plus side, I got a game and $20 in swag for showing up:)

For those that have bad memory, remember to bring your wallets as well, because the Dragon's Den will have its usual 25% off sale on GW products throughout the day.
and if you guys want a pizza lunch like before, bring 5, yes 5, cinqo, cinq, go, fiverroni dollars each.
here's the schedule for saturday morning:
