I started to reiceve email notifications today when a topic I've posted to has been replied to. Don't know why, I haven't touched anything in the backend for a few weeks.

You should be able to go into your profile and switch the toggle over to No on the send email when you have a reply line.. (or whatever he exact wording is) If that doesn't work, just let me know and Ill dig a bit further into it.
