I don't think powerfists is the way to go if you take the slaaneshi icon, as it makes your initiative 5 anyway, kinda counter-intuitive if you ask me. Trying to make your marines good against vehicles at range and in CC is a waste of points, use those points to get power weapons and more marines, and let the predator do the vehicle hunting, or get a CC dread, those seem to krump things.

well i have 10 marines and a chaos lord i am building from some bitz, i have laying around i do not no where to go from there though. also what spell should i give the daemon prince,

All you HAVE to give a Deamon Prince is Wings. The rest is gravy.

do you think a rino is worth it, because marines do not really need to get into combat fast because there 24 inch bolters are assault weapons?

I would strongly suggest rhino's for all your squads, mobility is key now. I think if you have the bits already you could try out a lord with a daemon weapon, MoS, and wings...they are pretty wicked character killers. I think i would drop the blastmaster from the noise marines and use the points to get 2 more marines or min the squad and use them to camp your home objective(5 marines+bm is like 145ish or something i think)

Ok, I was looking at a slaanesh army a while ago and I think a good starting point is:

Chaos Terminator Lord with MoS and Deamon Weapon 150pts
Demon Prince with wings, MoS, Lash 155pts

5 Terminators with 1 LC, 1 PF, 1 Heavy Flamer 190pts
Troops
2 x 10 Marines with MoS, 2 Flamers, Champ with PW, rhino 245pts ea
9 noise marines with blastmaster, 5 sonic bolters 245pts
Heavy
2 x predator with lascannon turret, heavy bolter sponsons 135pts ea

all that makes a nice well rounded 1500pts list, 2 troops to assault with and summon terminators to icons and 1 troops choice to sit on def and shoot and 2 tanks to take care of inf or vehicles

what do you think of vindicators?

other than the short range, vindicators work well against infantry and vehicles. mine has taken out many vehicles so far including dreadnoughts, transports and even 2 land raiders. lots of infantry kills too.

Just make sure you keep the vindicator protected from any long range anti vehicle fire.

Also, what's the general plan for your army Ben? Are you going to be more static stand and shoot or mobile?

my plan is to rush my marines to objectives, while my noise marines stay back and hold the home objective. My predator will take out enemy vehicles, while i send in my vindicator and possesed as shock troops attacking the enemy

definitely buy a rhino for the possessed, they are too slow otherwise for something without any ranged ability, and one of the greatest thing about chaos is the ability to take two "special" weapons. I would pair up your weapons ie. 2 plasma guns with p.wep 2 melta guns w. power fist
