Fuegan automatically gets split fire as his trait (which is pretty spiffy).

I gamble with taking a small number of wounds to buff my stats, depending on what powers I roll. If I don't like what I roll, then into a serpent with Fuegan. (also, depending on my opponent).

That Guardian blob is pretty cool with Forwarning, Foreboding, Perfect Timing, Prescience (Guide), and other such shenanigans.

Those Eldar are sneaky buggers now. Especially when you forget that your termagaunts have poison and instead of tarpitting a wraithknight they go and get run down by some Dire Avengers...

Not my 'Nid one. I think I loose like 4-5 points on Comp because of my HQ slot. And taking a flier over 150 points. I'd imagine for other armies that don't have to frontload to be good it'd be nice
