Ultramarines 1st Co.

You could pick and choose to lower the points by taking the LRC and RW LS from the actual codex.... but that's a bit beardy, so I took ALL IA versions, good or bad.

The Mortis Dreads give you Skyfire/Interceptor if they are stationary.

I think it's not bad, it should still eat up Hull Points and if the Termie get into assualt range, any vehicles are gone. It'll be weak versus horde armies, but you can't beat 'em all.

Plasma Cannons are going to eat you alive, but not many lists feature plasma prominantly (that may change with everyone suddenly owning a tactical squad with plasma, plasma, and more plasma though)

Yes they will, Eldar do a pretty good job as well. In fairness, PC will kill anything:)

A simple option is to trade Termie Squads for Tact squad in a Rhino. ( A typical DA Tact Squad runs 210+35 for the Rhino.)

A unit of Ravenwing bikes with a teleport homer might be cool. If you've got the models, that 6 bike unit with 2 plasma guns or melta guns would be cool, or an attack bike with a multi-melta.
