I hope it isn't the 6th ed cover art, I was looking forward to the rumoured Eldar / Chaos Marine box.

Then I can flush out two more armies that I have a smattering of figs for. (well, I've got about 1800pts of Chaos, or so. About 500 ish points of Eldar... that's including my 2nd Ed Harlies)

maybe a chaplain; edge of backpack looks like a skull instead of exhaust vent, and he's got power cables running to his hand. but they're not big enough or slung low enough to be a heavy weapon, so im guessing a crozius.

Mark: Latest rumors are pointing to a Dark Angels/Chaos Legions launch for 6th, with those 2 being the next 2 dexes..... Apparently the new starter set will be a "Hunt the Fallen" theme.

Don't get me wrong, I want new Dark Angels. I want new Legions. But Back-to-back? Ugh. Only if they follow up with Eldar and Tau B2B.

I can't see them ever putting a Xenos race in a core box ever again. They are just not big enough sellers and GW is more about $ than about cool. Their DE experiment in 4th edition was a disaster. So the Dark Angel/CSM rumour sounds totally plausible to me.

I don't really care what comes out next or last at this point. I just wish they would give an estimated schedule. they have to have one, no business their size could still be in business if they didn't budget their sales and releases.

I cant see any downsides to posting a schedule either. How much interwebz hype can they really count on to generate sales?

There are no downsides, and it would boost sales. Therefore, they will not do it, and continue to keep open the money pits that are Games Workshop-branded stores.

This is good news for my wallet, as I'll only be getting New 'cron stuff and some Chaos Marines, whilst trading away some Dark Angels stuff.

(Basically, no Tau and no Eldar this year)
