Two units of storm scouts? That's pretty interesting and cool at the same time. I love that unit, and take it sometimes, but find it usually lacking since people know how to defend the alpha strike.

Aidan has, and likes, his Landspeeder Storm, although it underperforms for him.

What are the Landspeeder Storm tactics? Load up your scouts and make a beastly scout move and then assault turn 1? (is that even possible?)

Very possible. 4 scouts with pistol and swords, combi-melta and meltabombs for the serg. is how I run mine. If you get first turn, place LS Storm full of scouts in the center of your deployment as far forward as possible, then make a flat out scout move staying 12 inches away from opponent, then pray you don't get seized. On first turn move 12 inches towards hvy armour, disembark, shoot combi melta, if you don't blow up the target, assault with 1 auto hitting meltabomb and 4 auto hitting kraks (try to multi assault if you can). For added awsome put a Heavy flamer on the storm to toast any infantry hiding out near the tank.

This is also doable with scout bikes.

It's much harder to defend against 2 storms than 1. They also have great synergy with the thunderfires because if the guy bubble wraps his vehicles to protect against the scouts the TFCs wreck him. It's a super-tight list. No fat to trim at all. Also interesting is the lack of a command squad for the Khan. And for objective games there are 6 highly mobile troop choices. Very, very cool.
