For a dreadnaught ccw is it double the strength to maximum str. 10?

yes, and the walker gains power weapon attacks, every additional Dread CCW adds an extra attack to the bearers profile, I do not believe there is a cap on how many extra weapon attacks this can give you (other than 10 max atacks)

Just to add on. Its every additional weapon after the first. I'm sure thats what canadin meant, but its always good to be perfectly clear.
