~deathwatch, fort pykman~
I've done up a little test model for my Fort Pykman deathwatch killteam.
Ive used a little nihilakh oxide on thr armor, black was just so boring against the more vibrant base.

The freehand is good, like the idea of the turquoise but I think as applied in recesses currently it doesn't quite work. It seems to me like it flips the areas that should probably be the darkest and makes them the most eye catching. Just my thoughts.

Very nice work, but i do agree that the turquoise placement is a little odd. I have seen turquoise used to age metal, especially bronze, so I do get it. If your not familiar with it as a weathering technique though, it almost gives the impression that the amor is animated by energy, and that light seeping out of the joints. This might be a very interesting effect on a TSons army, but would probably not work with their blue amor. Still, your colours and technique are so good that the final result is pleasing to the eye, if technically unusual.

Thanks for the critiques guys!
I'll revisit the turquiose weathering, see if i cant tone it down.
