but it is. looks like all codex's are 33% off on their digital store. i know some people were just getting into the hobby so this might be a bit cheaper option to get a codex.

I think the Digital Downloads were the only actual "Deal" GW had. The bulk model orders were less than 15% off in most cases which still meant that buying of a local store at sometimes 20% off made more sense.
