Decided to finally paint a knight.
Well when I first realized FW wasn't coming out with a conversion kit for a chaos knight it took a while to get the enthusiasm to convert it myself but here it is!

looks good man. going out on a limb here and guessing you airbrushed it judging on how the colors look.
the only thing i'd nitpick about is your metal chassis looks too monotone and clean. likes its freshly machined steel with a burnished finish. again, guessing you did it mainly by airbrush to save time, right? it's the only shortcoming airbrushes have; they don't do metallics too well.
also, there is a chaos knight kit, its just not released yet. given how high the demand for one's been, im guessing they're trying to produce enough kits for projected demand so they dont sell out and backorder for 4 months in the first 6 hours they go live for pre-order.

That's legit, I'm really into 30k these days so a freshly converted (to the dark powers) knight is kinda what im going for but perhaps by the end a "good enough" mentality let me justify a lil too much shiny. Time to break out some more weathering powders.
Oh and 95% of it was done with an airbrush, A bit of dry-brushing and the gold trim are the only things i picked up a brush for.
