Tau Leak!

Looks like we'll be seeing some more Tau ridiculousness in October.

I was not expecting this!!! That new stealth suit looks awesome ill take 5! Also are those fire warrior helmets different? does this mean i will have to buy new fire warriors? And no Crisis Suit upgrade? I feel they should make new ones look more like the new commander suit they had back when last codex dropped... And did we really need a riptide variation? really? Wtf is that gun on its shoulder? Is the rail gun on the hammer head even going to be viable any more?

Slow your roll, Brian. We haven't even seen the new book. And if you even look at the whole thing you will see that, yes, those are new fire warriors (don't know if the old ones will now be unplayable) and yes, there are new crisis suits. They just don't look very different near as I can tell from the photos.

Well the main thing i was hoping for with the new crisis suits would be the seperation for hips and chest like the newest commander suit instead of the slightly stunty looking one piece with legs coming off it.

And i cant hold off! after Eldar (and harlequins) Tau are my fav army!!!! (with tyranids likely close behind that). Space marines are the chill give no craps project because you pay 14 points for a model with an incredible statline and access to some of the best weapons in the game, oh and drop pods lol.

In one of the photos they highlight that the crisis suits in the background look like they have a waist joint.

I'm really excited to see what the formations will be. Like a full on stealth suit formation using the new stealth-tide.

Is it that big though? I envisioned it being closer to a wraithlord size... But yeah hopefully the formations are more like the ones from the Eldar book and less like the ones from the space marine book (a few of which are clearly designed to sell models see the 1 ironclad and 2-3 squads of centurions or whatever it was)

And it looks like the big stealth suit is on a 120mm (elliptical) base just like the riptide.
