Harlequins

After playing my old '90's troupe for a couple of games, I've really taken a shining to the new Harlequins...

so.... I'll be buying / ordering some models, about 1750ish points worth of Harlequins.  Fear the flippyness of the 'quins, with the occasional arrival of some Tau allies.

Their main formation, while not having ob-sec, has re-roll invul saves of '1', with so many ways to get invul saves, this really appeals to me.  Also, having learned a few things about how to keep them from getting squished entirely, they can be pretty good.  The Harlequin's Embrace is pretty deadly.  Also, with many of the formations, they can run & charge on the same turn, and they all have hit and run.

So, coming soon to a table near you, 3-troupes in Skyweavers, 3 death jesters, 3 shadow seers, the dreaded Solitaire, 3 voidweavers, and their wicked cool jetbikes.  All featuring a black & red colour scheme with orange edge-highlighting.  It's gonna be dead seksy.  Also, the bases already have shit on them, so I don't have to worry about that!  *laughs*

I might grab the actual hard-cover book while I'm at it.

Sweet lord, that is a lot of harlies.

Model count is fairly low, actually.
