We could use it as-is, but with a global super-heavy, gargantuan critter ban.

60 pts games, (5-10-20 per game), 40 pts painting, 50 pts comp! (Percentage based, using small games rules)

Prizes for General, Highest Comp, best painted, and Overall + a door prize.

I'm looking at this CC document, and I'm not sure if I'm allowed to run a combo Cult Mechanicus/Skitarii list?

Detachments
Armies can be comprised of up to 3 detachments.
 1 of these detachments may be any
detachment.
 1 of these detachments may be any
detachment but may not be a Large
Detachment as defined below.
 1 of these detachments can ONLY be a small
detachment as defined below.

A Cult Mechanicus battle congregation and Skitarii Maniple both count as large detachments

50 tourney points based on 5 games-scale to 30 (half of battle points)

Global ban works for now, I'd like to see play testing for bringing them in tho. We have toys, let's use them.

Detachments- I think this section is unnecessary. You can play unbound and comp will keep you in check. Play what you want, just don't break the "you're a dick" limit.
