Heavies should stay in place and not move around. If you give your infantry squads chimeras, and leave the big stuff behind and aegis wall, that will help them out in staying alive longer to keep shooting.

still leaves the spec wep squads by taking them I can get more lasguns out of my inf squads while having a mobile AT squad supporting them and with a lack of hydras ill have to take the heavy launchers can also be hidden better then hydras. lets see what I could do is this for the 2 troop slots
slot one
5 inf squad in taurox
platcom in a chimera
1 mortar squad (heavy wep)
1 autco can squad
1 missal squad with flakk missals
2 spec wep squad with 2 melta guns & 1 plasma gun in vlaks
slot two
vets in a taurox
keep the company command the same
3 MT scions with one hotshot volley per squad
and fill the remaining pts with vehicles
