The free-hand seems pretty well done, but I feel that the dudes could have been executed better.

The one squad in back is obvs Apple Jack, the back left is Twilight Sparkle (although you can't see banner), the one up from is Rarity, but then outta nowhere is princess Luna?! Shes not even part of the group. There's no theming between ponies, pegasi and unicorn s never mind Alicorns.

My daughter would give this a D, as the theme is WAY off....

No, Pinkie makes sense as Devs, with the Party Cannon giving precedence for this (swap in Plasma for Party and you're set).

Bonus points for the Derpy squad in the back ranks.

i think the devastators are actually Derpy; that weird pegasi with the eyes that arent quite right that shows up once in a while. luna's the crusader cause its bigger than the rest, like all the princesses are? *shrugs*  think i see a rainbow dash rhino behind it, but then there's an assault marine jump pack just in front of the raider's door in the same colors.

edit: i think the dev centurions are sunset shimmer; looks like a sun on their pads and the reds and oranges.

ponies aside, the highlighting and detail work put into the crusader is really good. its better than most of the land raiders around here. what's that say about our armies when the MLP raider is better?
