Friday night infinity demos

I'd just like to thank everyone who came out tonight, I had a great time teaching the game, and I hope the spark of infinity gets ya all excited about our favorite game!

So how did last night go?  Anything awesome happen?

It went well, I had a game in the afternoon, and Ian ran some in the evening!

Our Friday went well. I had a small game with Jordan, in which his JSA beat up some Steel Phalanx (*grumble* haramaki *grumblegrumble*), and another demo game with Dallas. Dallas and I tied but only because he slaughtered my army so quickly that he put me into retreat while we were tied on objectives. Dylon was also there and now has the Infinity bug real bad.

Well I am currently away on holidays. I've been seriously wanting to get some games in. When I get back in town I'll have to come in on the weekend and do some games!

Debating if I should paint them before basing them.

Now that i'm back in town, i'de definitly like to come down and watch some games played.

Question: is operation ice storm actually available? i called that store in edmonton and they said that it wasn't available and they didn't have an eta. the corvus beli site seems to say that its available in europe?

IF i could snag it, i would probably buy it, my son wants the Nomads and the rest i could play with to learn the game with, at least at first.

Darren will be getting some in but apparently the deliveries to LGS's are taking a long time (they sold out of the first 5000 production run and are working around the clock to double the order). You might just want to reserve one with Darren so that when they do come in you'll have dibs.
