So pre-orders are up now!

Rule book got split to three volumes; art, fluff, and rules. Good job GW!

Inability to purchase separately = fail.

theres a note in the new WD saying they will start upgrading Dark vengeance with mini- 7th rulebooks. There is no new starter in the works.
