New army builder

Got this from a link off of Bols facebook update.
Looks neat.. still in beta. Ill have to try it out shortly on the pc or tablet.. phone was a bit.slow.

Is GW going to C&D that? I hope not, if its as good as they say, but their website isn't operational, at least for me.

Its back up. I like it its only in beta so there are some things wrong with it. It takes no time at all to get a made up

This. Its been on an off for a while if you check the thread.

Just built what I'm testing for Astro in it. It won't let me take 2 plasma pistols on my Asp Champ though!

that being said. the site is sweet. needs monetization.

Just blew through it quickly. I like it alot better than some I've seen.

I don't like it as much as Army Builder though.. but, I also havent fired up Army Builder for a few years. I've got a few hundred lists made on spreadsheets so I tend to just work off them these days.. but, its fun to play
around with.

I was able to create my league playoff list in about 5 mins. The only thing I dont like right off the jump is having to expand the selection once youve selected it. It should just auto expand so you can make the extra selections. Its cool though, I just want it to be a little bit faster but something is just a bit slow.

I think thats what I like about army builder or even using spreadsheets, you can make little tweaks quickly like bumping a unit down 1, cutting out a power weapon, etc really fast. For this builder to bump a unit down you have to click it, expand it, arrow it back. Minor issues of course, and in a beta.

Fun to play with.. but like Mike said it'll be gonzo in no time.

There are definitely a few errors happening somewhere in the builder.. probably have a bunch of little tweaks still needed. I got some odd point tallies in my list construction.

Point oddities are the biggest reason I won't use any programs when making lists. Just excel or a piece of paper for me.
